How do I place an order?
E-mail us on batch.cookies.atx@gmail.com. We ask for 48 hours advance notice for all orders, so we can have a fresh Batch ready for you!
What is the minimum order?
One dozen cookies or bar cookies is the minimum order. Our pricing reflects one dozen homemade cookies or bar cookies.
How do I get my order?
Orders can be picked up or delivered (for a fee, based on distance from our bakery locations.) We have two locations for pick-up to serve you: one in NW Austin/Mount Bonnell area and one in West Lake Hills.
How do I pay?
You can pay via cash, check, or Venmo or PayPal. (We also accept payment by major credit cards, which includes a processing fee.) We will invoice you with your order to make sure we have all the details and will share payment options on the invoice.
Can you make modifications for food allergies/dietary needs/preferences?
We can certainly work with you if you have dietary needs or preferences. Please let us know what you need, and we can direct you to several options that can be modified for nut-free or gluten-free.
